Drilling Rigs
We
have two types of drilling rigs available on the production line being
Explorer 30 and Explorer 60.
The Explorer 30 has a 120 metre capacity drilling rig that is developed
for the small underground tunnels and short distance surface drills. It
is light weighted and user friendly.
The other machine being Explorer 60 has an 800 metre capacity drilling
rig, can be built in
different frames such as regular skid frame, three wheel trailer, hydraulic
crawlers narrow or wide, and feed lengths for different purposes.
There are also two types of blast hole drill rigs that are available on
the product line, VDD5 and Rocker34. Theycan both be designed to use 2"
to 4" "down the hole" hammer. VDD5 has a three wheel traction
drilling rig, and provides between 22 degrees and 90 degrees drill positioning
on the ground.
Rocker34 has more capacity than VDD5 and also has crawler the difficult
ground conditions.
Concrete Batch Processing Plant
Concrete
batching plants, truck-mixers, bulk semi-trailers, etc. We are also in
the spare
parts business for these kinds of machines.
We can supply both stationary and mobile concrete batching plants.
Capacities for stationary concrete batching plants are 30-60-100-120-150-180
m3/hour.
Capacities for mobile concrete batching plants are 30-60-100-120 m3/hour.
Truck mixer capacities are 6-7-8-9-10-12 m3. On demand we can supply 14
m3.
Cement bulk trailer capacities are 36-40-47-50 m3.
Construction Hoists and Lifts
Construction hoists (especially rack & pinion type for both material
and passenger)
With the qualified personnel using the latest technology in projects throughout
the process of
design through installation, they offer the best designs for the structures
to be build without
changing the structure of the building.
You can use these hoists, fully safe at both inside and outside of the
lift car, at whatever height you need for the exterior or interior facades
of your buildings so that you can easily use these in carrying either
people or loads.
These hoists are offering the highest safety, electronic equipment and
flexible operating height; theoretically infinite, are manufactured particularly
due to the customer needs with loading capacities changing between 500kg
and 10000kg.
